Requesting Firewall Port Opening

If you are running a service or system that needs to be accessed from off site, you should contact the IT Servicedesk, by logging a ticket. Please tell us as much information about the service you want us to port forward, including the description of the service, internal and external ports, (Including if they are UDP or TCP) and the reason you need the ports opening.

We will establish whether access to your service needs to be granted through the Firewall, or whether it can be accessed by other means, such as via VPN.
