The Difference Between WIFI Networks

We run 2 Wi-Fi Networks,, both providing a high speed 5GHZ connection to the Local Network and the Internet :
You maybe be thinking, what is the difference between them both. The answer is simple. SWAN, allows you access to other resources on the network, such as Computers, Servers and Printers. SWAN Guest however, only allows access to the Internet and is isolated, which means that it cannot access network resources, but can access the Internet.
To access the Wifi Networks, connect to SWAN or SWAN Guest respectively and then request the password from IT Services, by:
If you are a visitor, you will only be able to access SWAN Guest. Volunteers will be able to access SWAN, which is the main WI-FI Network.

- Using a SWAN Workstation and logging a ticket at the IT Servicedesk. (Volunteers only)
- Call or visit the IT Servicedesk in person. (Visitors \ Volunteers)
