Frequently Asked Question

To save on paper toner and the environment, we use Printing Credits, to manage print usage. Each user gets SIX credits per day, which can be used to print a single sheet. (One sheet costs one credit)

Print Credits are reset at midnight each day, revering back to 6 credits. (Credits cannot be carried over to the next day and will always revert back to 6)

Please log a ticket, if you have a  legitimate reason for needing extra print credits. This will be decided on a case by case basis.
