Welcome to The Shour Radio Servicedesk

Welcome to the IT Servicedesk. The IT Service Desk is your friendly, first point of contact for any IT related questions, problems or requests.  (Incidents,  General Tickets and IT Requests)

 

The Service desk is open between 9am - 8pm Monday - Friday. Outside of these hours, you may still log a call yourself using this self service portal, by choosing the submit a ticket link, or by emailing: helpdesk@shoutradio.org.uk. Tickets can be raised 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

 

In am emergency, please call: 01606 339915 (choose option 2) and ask for the "Duty Manager".
