Purpose of the IT Servicedesk

The IT Service Desk provide IT support and guidance to our Volunteers and the General Public, with IT related incidents and service requests. Our Servicedesk also manages the application process for new and potential volunteers.

You can use this portal 24 hours a day, to request support, reply to tickets and read our Knowegebase. However, the Servicedesk is only manned between 9am - 5pm Mon to Fri. In an emergency inside or outside of office hours, please raise a ticket and then call the servicedesk on: 01606 339915, ext. 31008.
