Taking a screeshot and attaching it to your ticket, is a great way for us to see what is happening, when you submit an incident. This is really easy to do and can be done on bot Windows and Mac Workstations.

In windows, you need to hold the CTRL button on the keyboard and then press the PrtSc button. On some keyboards, this may also be a button marked PrintScreen. Now open Paint, by going to Start >Accessories. Press CTRL and V, or click the paste button on the top Ribbon Bar, to paste the image. Now save it to your desktop.

Please note: You should save your screenshot as a .png image, as this is a better quakity and lower sized mage format.

On a Mac, Hold Shift, Command and 4. Drag the crosshair to select the area of the screen to capture. To move the selection, press and hold Space bar while dragging. To cancel taking the screenshot, press the Esc (Escape) key. Apple have more information on this, here. (Including how to capture a certain window or menu.
